The
Memor Rest 2 inch visco foam toppers are made from high quality
memory foam. This memory foam pad will add a nice luxurious
fell to an existing mattress whether it be an airbed or a coil-spring
mattress. Adding one of these toppers can also extend the life
of an old mattress that has lost its cushioning. We have found
that 2 inches of visco foam is all that is needed to benefit
from the memory properties.
What are these properties? Visco foam or memory foam is a high density foam that responds to body heat and "remembers" the body shape. As you move from position to position the memory foam topper senses the body temperature and moves with you. So when you change positions the visco foam topper will gently react and support you while you move.
Our
2" Memor Rest visco foam topper is made with 4lb
density foam. This density of foam is a great balance of support
and cushioning. The 4lb density is less stiff than the 5lb
density foam offered by Tempur Pedic. We also offer the Perfect
Comfort 2 inch visco foam topper in a 3lb density which
is not stiff but slightly firmer than the Memor Rest 4lb density.

MemorRest visco foam toppers can be purchased with an optional 100% cotton quilted cover:
The MemorRest 2 inch visco foam topper can be purchased with
a high quality 200- thread count cotton cover. This luxuriously
cover is constructed with a 7 oz. Polyfill filling to wick
away moisture from the body.
The 100% cotton layer plays a critical roll in the life of
your visco foam topper by allowing it to breath. The cover
also protects the viscoelastic foam pad from body oils that
can breakdown the foam material over time and reduce the life
of your topper. Memory foam toppers tend to sleep fairly warm
but with this cover you will sleep cooler in summer and warmer
in winter. This covers has a 15" deep pocket skirt. This
deep skirt allows you to wrap it around your 2 inch visco foam
topper as well as your mattress with ease. The 100% cotton
cover is washing machine safe and can be removed easily for
laundering (Sorry, covers are not sold separately). This cover
is optional so you can choose not to order it. This will save
some money but we highly recommend that you use some sort of
cover for the memory foam topper to protect it and allow it
to breath.
Note: You may wish to purchase a Memor Rest 3 inch Visco Foam topper. A 3 inch topper is suitable for those who weigh a little more.
